Why do you ship?
We ship to North America, Europe, and Asia. For detailed shipping countries, cost, and time, kindly visit our shipping policy.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

How can I track my order?
When your order ships, a shipment notification with tracking information will be sent to you via email. The email will specify which courier company is handling the shipping. You can track your package on the company's website. We usually include a link to the shipping company's tracking page in the email.
Sometimes it can take up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear after an order has shipped. If 72 hours have passed after your order shipped and you still do not see any tracking updates, please email service@thexuit.com and our Customer Care team would be happy to look into it for you!
