Returns without reason: Not accepted. Please carefully confirm compatibility and color of your Ray-Ban | Meta glasses model before ordering.
Incorrect Item Received: If the received item doesn't match your order (model or color), contact service@thexuit.com with photo evidence. A full refund to your original payment method will be issued within 3-5 business days of confirmation.
Order Changes: Contact service@thexuit.com within 72 hours of placing your order to request changes to model or color. Changes are only possible before shipment.
Exchanges (Non-Quality Issues): Initiate requests within 30 days of receipt. You are responsible for all shipping costs (both return and reshipping). Keep the protective film, instructions, and original packaging intact. Damaged returns may incur recycling fees.
Exchanges for Higher-Priced Items: Pay the difference between the original and new item. Previous discounts do not apply.
Additional Shipping Costs Apply For: Exchanges outside the original purchase country/region, returns before delivery acceptance, and order changes from free to non-free shipping countries.
Exchanges Not Eligible For: Missing order number, requests after 30 days of receipt, promotional/free items, and products not purchased from official theXuit channels.

Returns & Exchanges: Unworn and unwashed items are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of purchase.
Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable.
Refunds: Issued to the original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Store Credit Orders: Refunds are issued as store credit.
Exchanges: Exchange for a different size, style, or color. Pay the difference for higher-priced items. Size exchanges incur no additional cost.
Final Sale Items: No returns or exchanges. This is clearly indicated on product pages, order summary, and confirmation email.
International Orders: Only returns for refunds are accepted. Original shipping, duties, and import fees are non-refundable.

How long will it take to recieve my refund?
Processing Time: Allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after it's issued. Returns processing takes 3-5 business days upon delivery to our warehouse.
