30-Day Hassle-Free Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Conditions for Return:
Items must be in new, unused condition.
The protective film, instruction manual, and all original packaging must be kept intact.
Returns that are damaged or missing parts may be subject to a processing fee. - Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Please note: For returns not related to a quality issue, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
Need a different model or color? No problem.
- Request Window: Exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
- Shipping Costs: For exchanges that are not due to a quality issue, you are responsible for both the return shipping cost and the cost of reshipping the new item.
- Exchanging for a Higher-Priced Item: You will need to pay the price difference between the new and original items. Please note that any discounts applied to your original order will not carry over to the exchange.
Our Mistake? (Wrong or Defective Items)
We sincerely apologize if you received the wrong item (model or color) or a defective product.
- What to Do: Please contact us immediately at service@thexuit.com with a clear photo of the issue.
- Our Promise: Once we confirm the issue, we will arrange for a return or exchange and cover all associated shipping costs.
Order Changes
If you need to change the model or color of your order, please contact us at service@thexuit.com within 72 hours of placing it. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
What's Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
- Requests without a valid order number.
- Requests made more than 30 days after the item was received.
- Promotional or free items.
- Products not purchased directly from official theXuit channels.

How long will it take to recieve my refund?
Processing Time: Allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after it's issued. Returns processing takes 3-5 business days upon delivery to our warehouse.
Refund Inquiries: Contact service@thexuit.com if you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of return processing.
