We currently ship MetaPort to the following regions:

Shipping Times:
- North America (USA): 7-9 business days
- Europe: 7-13 business days

- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on MetaPort orders to the USA, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. Free shipping is also available to all European countries and other international destinations for orders of two or more MetaPort devices.
- Shipping Rates for Single MetaPort to other regions: Shipping costs vary depending on the destination. Please refer to the provided table for European countries or contact us for a quote to other destinations.
How can I track my order?
- Check Your Email: You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.
- Click the Tracking Link: Click the link in your email to view the current status and location of your package.
- Enter Your Tracking Number: Alternatively, you can copy your tracking number and enter it directly on the carrier's website. The carrier for your order will be specified in the shipping confirmation email.
