Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship MetaPort to the following regions:
- North America: Mainland USA (excluding remote islands such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories).
- Europe: (See the list of countries and shipping rates in the table provided).
- Asia: Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore.
Other International Destinations: Please contact us at service@thexuit.com for availability and shipping quotes.
Countries where we do not currently ship:
India, Russia, Mexico, and all African countries.
Shipping Times:
- North America (Mainland USA): 7–12 business days.
- Europe: 7–12 business days.
- Asia (Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore): Please allow 7–12 business days for delivery.
- Other International Destinations: For countries not listed above, please contact us at service@thexuit.com for a shipping quote and estimated delivery time.
Shipping Costs:

How can I track my order?
- Check Your Email: You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.
- Click the Tracking Link: Click the link in your email to view the current status and location of your package.
- Enter Your Tracking Number: Alternatively, you can copy your tracking number and enter it directly on the carrier's website. The carrier for your order will be specified in the shipping confirmation email.
- Contact Us: If you are having trouble tracking your order, please contact us at service@thexuit.com and we will be happy to assist you.
Customs and Duties
For international orders, we will cover all applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees. These charges are included in either the item price or the shipping cost (this may vary depending on our sales strategy), so you won't have to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at service@thexuit.com so we can assist you with filing a claim.
