MetaPort Warranty

Your MetaPort comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering poor contact or component failures due to manufacturing defects. We're committed to ensuring your MetaPort experience is seamless and reliable.

What's Covered:We will repair or replace your MetaPort within 72 hours with a matching model and color if a manufacturing defect is confirmed within the warranty period. Replacement MetaPorts inherit the remaining warranty of the original product or receive a new 3-month warranty, whichever is longer.

For Optimal Performance and Warranty Validity:

  • Use only certified Type-C charging cables and certified power banks to charge your Ray-Ban | Meta smart glasses. Damage caused by using uncertified accessories is not covered under warranty.
  • Do not modify your MetaPort. Unauthorized modifications void the warranty.

How to Claim Your Warranty:If you experience any issues, please contact our customer service team at service@thexuit.com. We'll be happy to assist you. Please note that unauthorized repairs or modifications will void your warranty.

What's Not Covered:The warranty does not apply in the following circumstances:

  • Failure to provide an order number.
  • Claims made more than 12 months after the purchase date.
  • Gift or complimentary MetaPorts.
  • MetaPorts purchased from unauthorized retailers or websites (those not officially affiliated with our brand).
  • MetaPorts repaired by unauthorized third parties.
  • Damage caused by misuse, including but not limited to: cable breakage, ruptured silicone pads, Type-C port blockage, and front-end fixed end rupture.
